André Rieu Maastricht 2026–2027 Concert Dates

The July 2026 Vrijthof concerts have now taken place. Looking ahead, André Rieu returns to Maastricht for his Winter Concerts in December 2026, followed by a brand new summer season at Vrijthof Square in July 2027.

Winter Concerts (MECC Maastricht):

• Dates: December 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 20 (2026)

Summer Vrijthof Concerts (July 2027):

• Weekend 1: July 1, 2, 3, 4

• Weekend 2: July 8, 9, 10, 11

• Weekend 3: July 15, 16, 17, 18

The “Terrace Arrangement” vs. Regular Tickets

In Maastricht, you have two unique ways to watch:

1. Square Tickets: Seated directly in front of the stage. Best for the full musical experience.

2. Terrace Packages: Dining at one of the restaurants surrounding the square. You watch the concert from your dinner table. Note: Sightlines vary, but the atmosphere is unmatched.

Travel & Stay in Maastricht

• Hotels: Maastricht hotels sell out a year in advance for July. If the city center is full, look for hotels in Valkenburg or Aachen (Germany), which are a short train ride away.

• The “Maastricht Walk”: Don’t miss the “André Rieu Walking Route” through the city, which takes you past his childhood home and the conservatory where he studied.
