André Rieu and the Johann Strauss Orchestra bring their touring production to Atlas Arena in Łódź on Thursday, 13 May 2027, the day after a performance in Gdańsk. The concert starts at 20:00.
Łódź has grown into one of Poland’s major cultural centres in recent years, and its appetite for large-scale touring productions has grown alongside it. Rieu’s shows have found a warm reception across the country, and a central Polish stop like this gives audiences from the whole region an easy way to catch the tour.
Expect a programme moving between sweeping Strauss waltzes, operatic highlights, popular film themes and well-loved classics, staged with the elaborate costumes, lighting design and theatrical flourishes that have become the production’s trademark. Guest vocalists and instrumental soloists typically join the orchestra throughout the evening.
Atlas Arena recently completed a major renovation that increased its concert capacity to just under 14,700, making it one of the largest and most modern venues on this leg of the Polish tour.
Doors are expected to open roughly ninety minutes before the 20:00 start. The performance typically runs for about two and a half hours, including a 20-minute interval.
Łódź’s revitalised industrial architecture, centred around the Manufaktura complex and the city’s famous Piotrkowska Street, gives visitors plenty to explore around the concert.
The Łódź date sits in the middle of a short Polish run, following Gdańsk the night before, on 12 May, and continuing to Gliwice on 14 May and Kraków on 15 May.
Tickets for Łódź are available now, and given how quickly other stops on this tour have moved, early booking is worth considering for anyone hoping to see André Rieu and the Johann Strauss Orchestra live on 13 May.
