The concert begins at 19:30. \nLeipzig has a strong classical music heritage of its own\, home to the Gewandhaus Orchestra and centuries of musical tradition\, which makes it a fitting stop for a touring production built around grand orchestral sound. Rieu’s shows draw a different crowd to a typical Gewandhaus evening\, but the city’s appetite for live orchestral music runs deep either way. \nThe programme built for these arena dates usually mixes sweeping Strauss waltzes with operatic favourites\, well-loved film themes and a run of popular classics\, staged with elaborate costumes\, lighting design and the kind of theatrical touches that have made the show recognisable well beyond classical music circles. Guest vocalists and soloists typically feature throughout the evening. \nQuarterback Immobilien Arena\, still widely known by its former name Arena Leipzig\, opened in 2002 and remains the city’s largest indoor venue. For concerts it typically holds around 12\,000 spectators\, giving this touring production plenty of room for its staging and sound. \nDoors are expected to open roughly ninety minutes ahead of the 19:30 start. Shows of this kind usually run for about two and a half hours in total\, including a 20-minute interval. \nLeipzig itself rewards a longer visit\, with a compact\, walkable centre\, a lively music scene beyond the concert hall\, and enough restaurants and cafés around the arena to make an evening out of the trip without much planning required. \nThe Leipzig date opens a three-city stretch through the region\, with the tour moving on to Chemnitz on 27 May and Erfurt on 28 May — three chances within three days for audiences across eastern Germany to catch the orchestra live. \nTickets for Leipzig are available now\, and given the pace at which other stops on this tour have sold\, early booking is worth considering for anyone planning to see André Rieu and the Johann Strauss Orchestra on 26 May. \nTickets are available on:Get TicketsGet TicketsGet Tickets \nTickets Are also available on Gigsberg ;\n \n\n \n Andre Rieu\n\n \n From:\n 137.52\n EUR\n (per ticket)\n \n\n \n Showing 12 cheapest listings.\n \n \n\n \n \n \n Category: Lower Tier\n \n Block: U9 \n \n Type: E-Ticket \n \n Available: 6 \n \n\n \n \n 137.52 EUR \n \n Price 99.09 + Fees 38.43 \n\n \n \n Quantity:\n \n \n 1 \n \n 2 \n \n 3 \n \n 4 \n \n 5 \n \n 6 \n \n \n \n \n Buy\n \n \n \n\n \n Total for 1:\n 137.52 EUR\n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n Category: Lower Tier\n \n Block: N/A \n \n Type: E-Ticket \n \n Available: 8 \n \n\n \n \n 209.55 EUR \n \n Price 151.90 + Fees 57.65 \n\n \n \n Quantity:\n \n \n 1 \n \n 2 \n \n 3 \n \n 4 \n \n 5 \n \n 6 \n \n \n \n \n Buy\n \n \n \n\n \n Total for 1:\n 209.55 EUR\n \n \n \n\n \n Restrictions: Limited or restricted view \n \n \n \n \n Category: Lower Tier\n \n Block: N/A \n \n Type: E-Ticket \n \n Available: 8 \n \n\n \n \n 209.55 EUR \n \n Price 151.90 + Fees 57.65 \n\n \n \n Quantity:\n \n \n 1 \n \n 2 \n \n 3 \n \n 4 \n \n 5 \n \n 6 \n \n \n \n \n Buy\n \n \n \n\n \n Total for 1:\n 209.55 EUR\n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n Category: Lower Tier\n \n Block: U10 \n \n Type: E-Ticket \n \n Available: 8 \n \n\n \n \n 210.16 EUR \n \n Price 152.35 + Fees 57.81 \n\n \n \n Quantity:\n \n \n 1 \n \n 2 \n \n 3 \n \n 4 \n \n 5 \n \n 6 \n \n \n \n \n Buy\n \n \n \n\n \n Total for 1:\n 210.16 EUR\n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n Category: Lower Tier\n \n Block: U8 \n \n Type: E-Ticket \n \n Available: 8 \n \n\n \n \n 212.16 EUR \n \n Price 153.81 + Fees 58.35 \n\n \n \n Quantity:\n \n \n 1 \n \n 2 \n \n 3 \n \n 4 \n \n 5 \n \n 6 \n \n \n \n \n Buy\n \n \n \n\n \n Total for 1:\n 212.16 EUR\n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n Category: Lower Tier\n \n Block: U6 \n \n Type: E-Ticket \n \n Available: 8 \n \n\n \n \n 213.27 EUR \n \n Price 154.63 + Fees 58.64 \n\n \n \n Quantity:\n \n \n 1 \n \n 2 \n \n 3 \n \n 4 \n \n 5 \n \n 6 \n \n \n \n \n Buy\n \n \n \n\n \n Total for 1:\n 213.27 EUR\n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n Category: Lower Tier\n \n Block: U7 \n \n Type: E-Ticket \n \n Available: 7 \n \n\n \n \n 214.39 EUR \n \n Price 155.45 + Fees 58.94 \n\n \n \n Quantity:\n \n \n 1 \n \n 2 \n \n 3 \n \n 4 \n \n 5 \n \n 6 \n \n \n \n \n Buy\n \n \n \n\n \n Total for 1:\n 214.39 EUR\n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n Category: Lower Tier\n \n Block: U4 \n \n Type: E-Ticket \n \n Available: 8 \n \n\n \n \n 215.89 EUR \n \n Price 156.55 + Fees 59.34 \n\n \n \n Quantity:\n \n \n 1 \n \n 2 \n \n 3 \n \n 4 \n \n 5 \n \n 6 \n \n \n \n \n Buy\n \n \n \n\n \n Total for 1:\n 215.89 EUR\n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n Category: Lower Tier\n \n Block: U14 \n \n Type: E-Ticket \n \n Available: 6 \n \n\n \n \n 216.50 EUR \n \n Price 156.99 + Fees 59.51 \n\n \n \n Quantity:\n \n \n 1 \n \n 2 \n \n 3 \n \n 4 \n \n 5 \n \n 6 \n \n \n \n \n Buy\n \n \n \n\n \n Total for 1:\n 216.50 EUR\n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n Category: Lower Tier\n \n Block: U20 \n \n Type: E-Ticket \n \n Available: 6 \n \n\n \n \n 218.11 EUR \n \n Price 158.17 + Fees 59.94 \n\n \n \n Quantity:\n \n \n 1 \n \n 2 \n \n 3 \n \n 4 \n \n 5 \n \n 6 \n \n \n \n \n Buy\n \n \n \n\n \n Total for 1:\n 218.11 EUR\n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n Category: Lower Tier\n \n Block: U20 \n \n Type: E-Ticket \n \n Available: 6 \n \n\n \n \n 218.12 EUR \n \n Price 158.18 + Fees 59.94 \n\n \n \n Quantity:\n \n \n 1 \n \n 2 \n \n 3 \n \n 4 \n \n 5 \n \n 6 \n \n \n \n \n Buy\n \n \n \n\n \n Total for 1:\n 218.12 EUR\n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n Category: Floor\n \n Block: C Rechts \n \n Type: E-Ticket \n \n Available: 7 \n \n\n \n \n 218.28 EUR \n \n Price 158.30 + Fees 59.98 \n\n \n \n Quantity:\n \n \n 1 \n \n 2 \n \n 3 \n \n 4 \n \n 5 \n \n 6 \n \n \n \n \n Buy\n \n \n \n\n \n Total for 1:\n 218.28 EUR URL:https://rieuworld.com/event/leipzig-26-05-2027/ LOCATION:Quarterback Immobilien Arena (formerly Arena Leipzig)\, Am Sportforum 2\, Leipzig\, 04105\, Germany ATTACH;FMTTYPE=image/webp:https://rieuworld.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/375px-Arena_leipzig_2-e1733740631174.webp END:VEVENT END:VCALENDAR
