Berlin, 27/01/2027

André Rieu and the Johann Strauss Orchestra bring their touring production to Berlin’s Uber Arena on Wednesday, 27 January 2027, the night before the tour continues to Rostock. The concert starts at 20:00.

As Germany’s capital and one of Europe’s great cultural cities, Berlin has consistently drawn strong audiences for Rieu’s touring shows over the years. The mix of grand orchestral sound and warm, accessible showmanship continues to find new fans alongside a loyal following built up over many previous visits.

Expect a programme moving between sweeping Strauss waltzes, operatic highlights, popular film themes and well-loved classics, staged with the elaborate costumes, lighting design and theatrical flourishes that have become the production’s trademark. Guest vocalists and instrumental soloists typically join the orchestra throughout the evening.

Uber Arena, previously known as Mercedes-Benz Arena, opened in 2008 and is the second-largest arena in Germany, with a concert capacity of up to 17,000.

Doors are expected to open roughly ninety minutes before the 20:00 start. The performance typically runs for about two and a half hours, including a 20-minute interval.

Berlin’s museums, historic landmarks and lively Friedrichshain neighbourhood around the arena make it an easy city to combine with a concert visit, whether travelling in for the evening or staying longer.

The Berlin date sits within a busy late-January stretch of German dates, with the tour continuing to Rostock the following night, on 28 January.

Tickets for Berlin are available now, and given the pace at which other stops on this tour have moved, early booking is worth considering for anyone hoping to see André Rieu and the Johann Strauss Orchestra live on 27 January.
